    • once registered the SMS option will become available

    • if there are unseen messages the icon will change to and display the amount unseen
    • from the SMS List page you can see all outgoing/incoming messages
    • Admin Users can use the list page to send messages

    • only applicable to contacts with Mobile Phone Numbers
    • messages can only be sent to customers that have turned on
    • phone numbers that have opted out from messaging can not be sent messages. Phone number can opt out by replying 'STOP' at anytime

Order Companies

Introducing Order Companies


The Bill To, Insurance Co, Adjuster, Referrer and Referral Contact fields have been removed from the Order Detail page. They have been replaced with Order Company Cards, similar to Contact Cards and Address Cards.

Beside the company cards will be an Add button which will allow you to add another company/contact to the order.

You can now select/change who the Bill To, the Referrer or the Adjuster are for the order by checking the corresponding check boxes.

Note: an order must always have a Bill To. The Bill to cannot be removed, only changed by making another company the Bill To.
There can be only one Bill To, Referrer and Insurer on an Order.


An order can now have an unlimited amount of Companies/Contacts associated with it. Companies highlighted as the Bill to, Referrer and Insurer will always appear first. The rest of the companies will appear in alphabetical order by Company Type, Company Name.

Clicking on a Company Card, will bring up the card details.

Clicking the the phone number links or email links will open up your devices appropriate applications for calling and emailing. The Change Button will take you to the Add Order Company Popup but in 'Edit Mode'. From this popup you can remove the company, change the company/contact and/or change the company roll.

Locations Update
Allowed Locations:
  • Allowed locations for an order can now be accessed from the Locations List page.
  • Beside PackageTypes for each location will now be an Order Location button.
  • This button will open a popup that displays which orders are allowed to be stored at this location
  • Clicking on an order in this popup will take you to that orders location manager
  • From this popup you can also assign/release orders to/from this location

Locations Update   Locations can now be found from the Home Page under the More icon.

Location Detail:
  • Each location now has a 'Hang Capacity' and a 'Floor Capacity', indicating how many units the location can hold
  • Locations now have a Package and Container check box to indicate whether the location can accept Packages or Containers
  • The contents sections has been optimized to fit browser window size

Location List:
  • The list page will now show the available space for each location i.e. 12(Floor) : 20(Hang)
  • The list will also show the capacity of the location in terms of percentage, and indicate which location are over capacity
  • Ozone Room and Container checkmarks have been removed and changed to super-scripts on the location name i.e. Rack 1 O C
  • Bar code values have been added beside the location name i.e. Rack 1 L301
  • New filters have been added to the list page: Capacity Filter and Type Filter

Package Types and Container Types:

Calendar Recurrence

  • Recurrence has been added to events. (Not applicable for events tied to deliveries)
  • Events with recurrence will be indicated by a icon in the calendar view
  • To add recurrence to a calendar event click from the calendar detail popup
  • Editting the Master Event (the parent) will override all occurences (the children)
  • When clicking on an event with recurrence, you will be promted to edit 'All Occurences' or the single event that was clicked
    • editting all ocurrences will change every event in the series
    • editting the single event will not affect any other events
  • To remove a single event from the recurrence series, you can press the button
  • To remove all recurrence from series, edit `All Occurences` (the master event) and select from the recurrence popup

Calendar Home -> Calendar.
•The Calendar has two modes, Month Mode and Day Mode, toggling between the two modes will show all events (based on filters applied) for the current month/day.
•Use the arrow buttons to change the month/day.
•To add an event to the Calendar you can click on the calendar Date in month mode or click the button in Day Mode
•You can not created overlapping events or events in the past.
•To edit an event you can click on the event. Some fields will not be editable once an event has been created.
•All Events except Reminders require a Duration, this is to prevent overlapping or double booking Users.
•Users will be emailed when an event is created and when an event is scheduled for the next day, if they are the Assigned User or an Attendee and they have a valid Email
•A Calendar Mailing List has been added to the Mailing Lists. Anyone on this list will be emailed the night before about upcoming events for all Users.
•Upcoming User Events will display on every page below the page header

HOV Update The HOV wizard has been simplified.
  • The restriction for the amount of HOVs allowed has been removed.

Units → FPP Invoice New tickbox on unit of measure detail "Show Details on FPP" controls whether an FPP invoice item with quantity > 1 will show tag details. Units like Each, Pair, Set, Hours, Months, Dollars will default off.
