      the user responsible for the followup will be the Sales Rep
    • added 'Missed' and 'Auto' field to CRM Followups
      • Followups become 'Missed' if the follow up has not been completed after 30 days
      • Auto followups are system generated, and will automatically be created overnight
    • Non-Auto followups will no longer be automatically marked done, the user will have to manually select the followup and mark it complete/remove it
